Terms of service

By placing an order on Boostlay you confirm that you own or are authorized to promote the social media account or content provided at checkout. Services are delivered to public profiles and posts only; we never request or store account passwords.

Delivery times are estimates. Engagement quantities are fulfilled on a best-effort basis and may slightly exceed the ordered amount. Misuse of the service, including promotion of unlawful content, results in cancellation without refund.

We collect only the data required to fulfill your order: the public link or username you provide, your email address and order details. Payment data is processed entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and never touches our servers.

We do not sell personal data. Order records are retained for accounting purposes and can be deleted on request via support@boostly.example.

If an order cannot be started (for example, the target account is private or the link is invalid), it is refunded in full. Orders that complete partially are refunded pro-rata for the undelivered quantity.

Services marked with the refill guarantee are restored free of charge if the delivered count drops within the guarantee period. Contact support with your order ID to request a refill or refund.
